Time to Get Healthy-Now 

It all began when I started to get sick with a lung disease called "Sarcoidosis".  I was grateful it wasn't anything more but, over time I started living with the idea that I would feel good some days and horrible others.   I was not able to do much vacationing or really much activity.  Although, I later realized I was the bottle neck not the disease.  When I met some amazing people from the medical industry they asked if I did any IV's or vitamins, have I looked to lose weight to get the pressure off my lungs.   My obvious answer was huh?  I worked all the time, raising kids, trying to stay alive who had time and money for that.  Well, again I realized Time and Health is all we have.  I started slowly and amazing changes started to happen.  Then after a year I again neglected myself with taking on more stress then I can handle (which I thought I could handle anything).   What stress?  Then a mini stroke hit in 2024 after not being on anything or following up at all.  I was asked to lay off people in corporate job and the pressure finally hit. After many tests nothing was found and they blamed it on stress.  So I took a leave of absence from my corporate job and starting focusing on my self again.  During the leave my corporate job laid me off.   What a blow and eye opening moment.   Forward two months later and the business I once was silent at is now my only focus to help myself and others.   Let our team of medical experts help you.  Lose weight, or get on Vitamins and get ahead of things now.  It will make a huge difference.  By the way I feel fantastic!  Still on my journey though and wont stop this time.
